I got four of them for my bridesmaids. I was stressed since the order had been stuck in the processing facility for over two weeks. I sent quite a few emails to the Accent Culture support team. Daisy was super friendly and answered all my emails, keeping me updated on my order. I am so happy they arrived in time, and they look GORGEOUS! They were very nicely packed, and overall, I am really happy with how they turned out.

The product itself is LOVELY and very well made
However - they took a REALLY long time to arrive and the customer service was super vague and super unhelpful
They promote 10-15 days for the product but for me it took around 5-6 weeks - so keep that in mind if you need them in a hurry
I would buy again, but was disappointed with the overall experience

The box is really cute and will make the bracelet look even more special. I didn't realise I would need to stick the card on the box, but that was easy, and I guess some people might want to put the card inside instead.
